This policy explains what personal information i40 Independent Advisory collects through the Panel Ready self-assessment, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Who we are
The Panel Ready self-assessment is operated by i40 Independent Advisory (i40), a People, Safety & Culture consultancy based in Queensland, Australia. You can reach us at info@i-40.com.au.
What we collect
- Details you choose to give us at the end of the assessment — your email address and, optionally, your company name, trade or discipline, and the head contractor panel you're targeting.
- Your assessment responses — the answers you select and the readiness score and result they produce.
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as general device and connection data, used only to keep the page working and secure.
You can view your score without giving us any contact details. We only receive what you choose to submit.
Why we collect it
- To generate your readiness result and send you the prioritised summary you've asked for.
- To follow up with you about your result — but only if you've asked us to, or booked a call.
- To understand and improve the assessment and our services.
- To produce de-identified, aggregated insights about contractor readiness across the industry (for example, the gaps that appear most often). These insights cannot identify you or your business.
Email and follow-up
We only send you what you've requested or agreed to. We don't add you to bulk marketing lists without your consent, and any message we send will let you opt out. To stop hearing from us at any time, reply to any email or contact us at info@i-40.com.au.
How it's stored, and where
Submissions are captured and stored through our website host, Netlify, whose servers may be located outside Australia (including the United States). By using the assessment you consent to your information being stored and processed overseas for this purpose. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, and the page is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we don't pass it to anyone for their own marketing. The only parties who handle it are trusted service providers acting on our behalf — such as our website host and email tools — and only to the extent needed to deliver this service to you.
Cookies and tracking
This page doesn't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@i-40.com.au and we'll action it. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information and we can't resolve it, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
